"Makes handling site chats a lot easier"
I’ve been using DriftHQ to help automate chats on our website, and it’s been a nice time-saver overall. It handles a lot of the basic questions before someone on our team needs to step in, which has made the day-to-day a bit smoother. Setup was straightforward, and the conversations don’t feel overly robotic, which I appreciate. I did run into one small issue, but support responded fairly quickly and helped sort it out. If you’re looking to take some pressure off your team with chat automation, I’d say it’s worth considering.

"Pretty easy to adjust, thankfully"
I liked that it wasn’t too hard to tweak the playbooks to fit how our team actually works. It did take a little time to get everything sorted, which maybe could’ve been smoother on their end, but once we figured it out, it worked well.

"Reporting feels a little sketchy"
I’m not totally convinced by the reporting here. The analytics feel kind of all over the place, and some of the reports are missing basic details I’d expect to see. It makes me wonder what else might be getting overlooked.

"Salesforce sync does the job"
The Salesforce sync works just fine for me. I set it up, it runs, and the data seems to move over like it’s supposed to. Nothing fancy to explain really, it just does the basic thing without giving me problems...

"Really flexible for the way we work"
I've been using drifthq.com for a little while now, the biggest thing I like is how flexible it is. I can set things up in a way that actually matches how our team works, instead of having to force everything into some rigid system.

A lot of tools feel locked down, but this one gives you enough control without making things overly complicated. It did take me a bit to get familiar with everything, but overall it’s been really useful for us.

"Definitely worth it for the price"
I’ve been using Drift HQ for a little while now, it’s been solid. The pricing feels reasonable compared to a few other options I looked at, and thankfully, it doesn’t feel like I’m paying for a bunch of extras I’ll never touch. It’s not perfect, because what is, but for what I’m paying, I’m happy with it so far

"I set up DriftHQ with our CRM last..."
I set up DriftHQ with our CRM last week, it was wayyy more painless than I expected. Contacts and chat details are showing up right where we need them without any weird extra steps or workarounds. We did hit one small mapping issue, but support pointed me in the right direction fast. So far, I’m really happy with it.

"Live chat was quick, but I’m a bit wary now"
I used the live chat and, to be fair, they fixed my issue fast with no hassle. That said, the fact that I had to reach out in the first place did knock my trust a little, so I’m glad it’s sorted but I’m not feeling as confident as before.

"Notifications come through, maybe a little too well"
I’ll give it credit, the notifications always show up for me and I don’t think I’ve missed anything because of it. That said, sometimes it feels like they come through a bit too often, so I’m kind of torn. Reliable for sure, but not always something I love dealing with.

"I’ve been using Drift HQ for a..."
I’ve been using Drift HQ for a little while now, and so far it’s been really solid. I was in a impatient mood when I first tried it, so I was glad it loaded fast and didn’t give me any weird lag or random errors. It’s simple to get around, and it basically just does what I need without making things complicated.

"When I first started using Drift HQ..."
When I first started using Drift HQ, I spent a little time just clicking around to see where everything was. After that, the main features were straightforward, and I didn’t really need much help getting set up. That said, there were a few moments where I got stuck trying to find certain settings, and it took longer than I expected. Overall, it works well and gets the job done, but I do think a few areas could be laid out more clearly

"I ran into an issue with Drift..."
I ran into an issue with Drift and getting help took way longer than I expected. The first response felt copy-pasted and didn’t actually solve anything, so I had to go back and forth a few times. Eventually I just gave up and figured out a workaround on my own. The product itself is okay, but the support side definitely needs work. I also couldn’t shake the feeling that some fixes or account help might end up being tied to extra fees later, which made the whole experience feel a little less transparent.

"Solid for lead capture, though not the fastest"
We’ve been using drifthq.com to catch leads through our site chat, and for the most part it’s been solid. Compared to a lot of the random site chat tools people seem to use, this one actually brings in contacts that are mostly real and worth following up with.
I like that visitors can just ask a quick question instead of dealing with a long form. I’m sure we’ve picked up a few decent leads that would’ve bounced otherwise, especially people who just wanted a quick answer before talking to sales.

The only reason I wouldn’t give it a full 5 stars is that setup can feel a little clunky in spots, and notifications sometimes come through slower than I’d like. Still, compared with what I’ve seen others deal with, I’m happy enough with it...

"Chat routing is way, way easier now"
Drift has made routing chats so much smoother for us. Conversations go to the right people without all the back and forth, back and forth, and customers are getting answers quicker. The setup took a little time, but once we got it dialed in, it just works.

"I’ve been using Drift HQ on my..."
I’ve been using Drift HQ on my phone for a bit now, it’s been easy to use. I was a little unsure at first and kept expecting something to glitch or feel confusing, but it loads fast, my messages are easy to find, and I haven’t had any weird crashes so far. It’s reassuring when an app just does what it’s supposed to do without making you second-guess everything. Not much to complain about, really.

"Actually helped us get more leads from chats"
We added Drift to our site a few months back and, yeah, it’s made a noticeable difference. Before that, people would kind of browse around and then just leave without filling out a form or anything. Now we’re getting more actual conversations started, and a lot more of those are turning into real leads.

Setup was easier than I expected too. I mean, it’s not perfect every single time, but overall it’s been really useful for our sales team. It helps us catch people while they’re actually interested, which sounds obvious, but it really does matter.

"Smooth setup and a helpful team"
We had a easy time getting everything set up. The team was quick to jump in when we had questions, and we were up and running without any real issues. If you’re considering it, I’d say don’t overthink the implementation part, just reach out when you need help and the process should go smoothly

"Visitor targeting felt a bit off"
I was hoping the visitor targeting would be more accurate, but it didn’t really work as well as I expected. It felt a little hit or miss, and I also thought the response or updates would be faster when things weren’t lining up.

"Cluttered interface and my simple request was ignored"
I found the interface messy and not very easy to navigate. It took me longer than it should have to find basic things, which was frustrating on its own. I also made a simple request for help, and it felt like it was completely ignored, which made the whole experience even more annoying.

"Trying to book calls was clunky..."
Trying to book calls was clunky, clunky in a way that got annoying fast. The meeting times seemed to change weirdly, and I ended up missing an invite because of it. Not the smoothest experience.
